Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a hassle-free return process.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Opened software or digital goods

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Gift cards


🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at sales@retechniquecorporations.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) and return shipping instructions.

  3. Carefully package the item and ship it back using a trackable service (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


🔄 Exchanges

Need a replacement? Contact us and we’ll assist with product exchanges based on availability.


❗ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
