🔁 How to Request a Return

Email us at sales@retechniquecorporations.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) and return shipping instructions.

Carefully package the item and ship it back using a trackable service (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the item, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

❗ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
